Supply Chain Management
Supply Chain
Management PolicyHOIMYUNG actively integrates ESG elements into its supplier management and procurement policies. In cases of safety issues, violations of ethical regulations, or actions that hinder mutual growth, we impose strict penalties, such as exclusion from bidding, through internal review and rigorous evaluation. This approach heightens awareness among our suppliers.
We have established a ‘Supplier Code of Conduct’ that reflects domestic laws and regulations, the OECD Due Diligence Guidelines, the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), and key initiatives within the automotive industry, such as Drive Sustainability. This code is shared with domestic and international suppliers and utilized for precise ESG assessments and improvements across the supply chain. Through ongoing ESG evaluations and improvement efforts, we aim to implement responsible supply chain management and expand support for our suppliers to strengthen human rights protection and ethical management.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct, established to build a sustainable supply chain with HOIMYUNG, requires all suppliers to thoroughly comply with applicable laws and regulations in their business activities. It also demands adherence to best practices across various areas, including ethics, environment, labor and human rights, safety and health, and management systems. We hope this code enables our suppliers to grow as respected companies within society and provides opportunities for mutual growth with HOIMYUNG.

Conflict Minerals
Conflict Minerals refer to tin, tantalum, tungsten (3T), and gold (G), collectively known as 3TG, produced in countries experiencing conflict, such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries.
The revenue generated from these minerals often funds armed groups that perpetrate violence against civilians, including severe human rights abuses such as child and forced labor and the exploitation of women during the extraction process.Responsible Minerals
In addition to conflict minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold), HOIMYUNG includes all minerals associated with human rights abuses or environmental destruction during extraction in our comprehensive supply chain management. We are particularly aware of child labor issues in cobalt mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and strictly manage these practices according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) guidelines.
HOIMYUNG will closely monitor emerging mineral issues and seek adequate responses to ensure socially responsible mineral procurement.HOIMYUNG's Commitment
HOIMYUNG manages essential responsible minerals, including conflict minerals like tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, and cobalt, whether illegally mined or traded. We continuously investigate and monitor our suppliers' responsible mineral procurement practices and will persist in ensuring that our suppliers’ partners adopt policies prohibiting the use of conflict minerals and promote socially responsible mineral sourcing.
